Hook-and-loop cable ties are ideal for bundling and fixing cables of all kinds. They can be reopened and closed countless times and are soft and flexible so they don't damage cables. The cable ties are made of fabric with fleece on one side and hooks on the other. Just wrap them round a bundle of cables and the inner side will stick firmly to the outer side.
