IR repeater for conversion of infra-red light to electrical signals for transfer via cable. This makes it possible to us a remote control even when the devices are not within sight. One or more transmitters is placed in front of the equipment to be operated and then connected to the repeater. Up to 4 transmitters, single or dual design, can be connected. The IR receiver is built into the repeater, but an external IR receiver can be connected.
