TG315Family Information

  • TG315: Function generator with basic functions such as sine, square and triangular wave, variable symmetry with constant frequency, variable DC offset with zero position locking and external sweep input. A dual display shows frequency and amplitude simultaneously. Frequency range 0.03 Hz...3 MHz. TTL/CMOS output
  • TG320: Similar to the TG315, but with additional external frequency counter with 7-digit resolution, 5 Hz...120 MHz
  • TG330: Similar to the TG320, but with internal sweep generator with linear/logarithmic sweep, variable sweep, sweep output and internal/external amplitude modulation
