Compact digital storage oscilloscope with 5.7" colour display. The instrument has a big memory depth and high sampling rate and is available in 2 or 4 channel versions. They are equipped with Mega Zoom which easily magnifies the details. 23 automatic measurements for quick and easy viewing of frequency, voltage, rise and fall times etc. Many trigger possibilities such as edge, pulse width and video trigger. Additionally there is FFT analysis, Go/No-go test and Mask test. USB port for easy saving measurement data or setup plus USB device port for controlling the instrument.
