Oscilloscope in a compact design (depth only 149 mm)
The digital phosphor oscilloscopes (DPO) in TDS 3000 series is comprised of six models which display, store and analyse three dimensions of signal information in real-time, amplitude, time and distribution of amplitude as a function of time. This allows the same intensity graduated and fast display as in many analogue oscilloscopes and at the same time you achieve the storage and measurement capabilities offered by a digital oscilloscope
Advanced logic and pulse triggering as well as the possibility for FFT analysis simplify verification phases for design work
During debugging, the intensity graduated display indicates relative frequency for signal deviations
With the application modules which function as code keys, the oscilloscope is configured for every specific measurement task in respect to increased trigger, FFT analysis, video measurements and communications interface
